So long!!!

So I haven't updated my blog in 7 months. My digital camera broke and I haven't been able to put pictures up, but so much has happened since November. In December I went on a cruise with my whole family minus Jenn, but plus Holly. In January I went to the Rose Bowl. In February I went to Japan to see Jenny. March I went to Oregon for Jenn Lyke's wedding ( I can't believe she is married) and I bought a house with Gary, in Castle Rock, Colorado. For Cinco De Mayo I went to Vegas with Perry and tons of other people from GP, it was like a highschool reunion. The weekend after I went to Texas for Adam and Sarah's wedding and me and Gary had so much fun. I have pictures of all this and just need to post them. Soon I promise. I am so excited for my sister to come home June 28th. But more importantly the Mavericks need to win the playoffs first. I am coming home at the end of July and can't wait to see everyone.

So I went back to Arizona last week to get the rest of my stuff, and I'm not going to lie it was really weird. I did miss all my friends, and it made me realize how little friends I have in Colorado so far. I went with a girl I work with in CO, that moved a month before I did) and she worked directly across the street from me and we actually hung out at all the same places, which is so weird. So we hit every place we used to go to, Big Bang, Margarita Rocks, Tavern, Kona Grill, Keg, RTO Sullivans and we saw a nasty fight at 3 in the morning at Gus' Pizza where a guy broke the store front window with the back of his head. So all in all it was a pretty eventful trip, and its not a trip unless someone throws up, in the rental car, on the freeway!

Halloween,, an opportunity to make an ass of yourself?

I think so!!! So duh, if you cant see the shiny little badge, I was a sheriff for halloween and that was my trusty horse, tiny. Yeah so I realize the costume was made for a seven year old and it barely fit it over my boobs, but who cares, its halloween right? I'm sick of every halloween being an excuse for all girls to dress up as slutty as possible, so I was trying to go for the alternative, how did I fare? I guess you decide. Just in case, I'm saving the horse in case someone wants to borrow it next year.


By the way I leave for phoenix tommorow and five days of debauchery, ( by the way I looked up the definition, a wild gathering involving excessive drinking and promiscuity) yeah that pretty much sums it up. My friend Amber is going down with me and it is going to be so much fun. Ill post the pics when I get back.

Austin!!

So the night before I went to Austin, Gary got in a really bad car accident. His friends friend was driving drunk and tried to outrun the cops, like an idiot. Gary was the only one that didn't get hurt, just a few gashes on his head. So he was pretty much down with drinking for the rest of the trip and we didn't go to Bocktoberfest. But I had fun at the game even though it was 90 degrees and humid. The picture of the field is from out seats, we got fourth row tickets from a scalper. The game was a blowout 45-17, so we left fourth quarter and found a bar to watch the USC Notre Dame game. I was hoping ND would win because then Texas would be #1, but it didn't happen. On campus they have this turtle pond that was so cute and you can just pick the turtles up out of the water. The other picture is of sixth street from out hotel.
Austin has one of the biggest bat colonies in north america (exciting, I know) so after the game we went to this bridge and at sunset they all fly out which was cool because there was like thousands, but got boring after two minutes because how long can you sit there and watch bats fly around. We went down to sixth street after that and ate cajun food and listened to jazz and Gary sat there and watched me get hammered off this drink called a bermuda triangle. The restaurant limits you to two, when we got back to our hotel room I was going to get ready to go out and I fell asleep and missed my flight the next day. It was at six in the morning and they were completely booked for the rest of the day. So I ended up driving back, its 17 hours and prarie all the way through oklahoma and Kansas. By the way I won my FFL game this week so I'm 2-4 now, which still sucks, but I beat Amber's team and she was undefeated!!

S0 Gary left last friday for texas, he went to the Red River Shootout and then proceeded to get completely obliterated I'm sure, because that was the first time Texas won in five years. So this Friday I am flying down to Austin to go to Bocktoberfest and I am so excited. If you haven't heard of Shiner, it is a brewery that puts on this wonderful event, maybe if I can still stand up we will make it to the Texas Colorado game.

I won my FFL game this week!

I won my fantasy football game this week barely, I put in all the wrong people and my benched players got almost as many points as my starters. The redskins defense got me no points. If I would have played the bears I would have got 210. I suck at this, but hey I still won.
